Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These terms apply when you use www.pinellasroadsiderescue.com or request roadside assistance service from Pinellas Roadside Rescue ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Services We Provide

Pinellas Roadside Rescue provides mobile roadside assistance throughout Pinellas County, FL, including flat tire repair, battery jump starts, mobile battery replacement, vehicle lockout service, and emergency fuel delivery. We are a mobile roadside service, not a towing company, an automotive repair shop, or a locksmith — we don't cut replacement keys or perform mechanical repairs beyond what's described on our service pages.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website reflect our standard flat rates for the service described. Actual cost may vary based on your vehicle, parts needed (such as battery type or size), and the specific situation at your location. We'll confirm pricing with you before beginning work whenever the final cost differs from the posted rate.

Response Times

Estimated arrival times (such as "under 45 minutes") are typical response times, not guarantees. Actual arrival time can be affected by traffic, weather, technician availability, and call volume. We do our best to reach you as quickly as possible and will communicate with you if a delay is expected.

Limitations of Service

Our technicians will assess your vehicle's condition on-site and may decline to perform a repair if it isn't safe to do so, or if the issue is outside the scope of the service requested (for example, a mechanical failure beyond a flat tire, battery, lockout, or fuel issue). In these cases, we'll let you know and can advise on next steps.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear unrelated to the service performed. Our technicians take reasonable care to avoid damage while performing services, but certain repairs (such as tire plugs or non-destructive lockout entry) carry inherent limitations that we'll explain before beginning work if relevant to your situation.

Payment

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods our technicians have available at the time of your service call.

Website Use

Our website content — including text, pricing information, and images — is provided for informational purposes to help you understand our services. You may not copy, republish, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
